The aim of the audition is to determine a student&#8217;s level of commitment rather than talent, so a well prepared audition is essential. It should also be noted that if an auditionee is accepted on the course there must be a <strong>high level of commitment and attendance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All auditionees must attend at the appointed time with at least one parent for a briefing and an overview of the course. Please wear loose clothing that is easy to move in.<\/p>\n<p>For details scroll down to the course you are interested in.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/centre-stage.com\/home\/stage-acting\/\"><strong>OnStage! (Acting) &#8211; 8 to 12 years old<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Actors must prepare a dramatic monologue of their own choice no more than four minutes in length. The monologues must be performed from memory and should include any moves or actions appropriate to the piece. The actors might also be re-directed or asked to improvise; no preparation is necessary for this part of the audition.
