Ballet Tots is a \u201cMummy and Me\u201d ballet class designed for the pre-schooler who is keen to join ballet.<\/p>\n

The class introduces basic ballet steps using imaginative stories, exciting props and dancing with Mum (or Dad!). We hope to inspire every child with a love of ballet, discipline, imagination and poise.<\/p>\n

We commence class with our welcome circle and magic wands, magic spells and making shapes, and follow with stories incorporating ballet steps. Cinderella, butterflies, ponies, mermaids, animal movement games, dancing mice, partner dances, group dance with teddy bear, and a special fairy dance at the end with the use of the big ballet mirrors!<\/p>\n

All children who come and do a curtsey at the end will receive a ballet sticker of the week for participating. We advise that mums join in, particularly at the beginning, to help the little ones. Girls wear pretty dress-up clothes of your choice, and ballet shoes.<\/p>\n

At age 3 \u00bd, children may \u201cgraduate\u201d to Beginner Ballet, which is a drop off class based on the Royal Academy of Dance pre-school syllabus.<\/p>\n
