Centre Stage are looking for a passionate, experienced and engaging drama teacher to start in our Singapore based arts school in August.
The job mostly involves teaching creative drama to students aged from 18 months to 6 years old to however an ability to teach older children too is a distinct advantage.
The job would best suit an actor with teaching experience or a teacher specialising in creative arts. Musical skills, especially keyboard or guitar are an advantage. The successful applicant would be keen, self-motivated, friendly, diligent and out-going. As with all creative subjects a high level of versatility and adaptability is necessary.
The school also has thriving Musical Theatre and Dance departments so the ability to teach across departments would be an advantage.

Qualifications –
EITHER – a degree or diploma in acting/performing arts linked with either a teaching qualification or significant teaching experience.
OR – a degree or diploma in education and the relevant acting/drama experience.
Contract: 2 years to start August 2015
Interviews: Skype/phone interview then a face-to-face interview in either London or Bournemouth.
