Molly has always been heavily involved in the performing arts, and she took to the stage for her first performance at just three years old! Whilst growing up she loved going to the theatre and couldn’t wait to catch new musicals as they came to the West End. As a teenager she was part of an award winning Show Choir, which travelled and competed across the UK in various music and singing competitions. They were lucky enough to work with Gareth Malone, and be part of a series on CBBC which worked towards a project for Children in Need. Molly later went onto become part of the coaching team for the choir and helped to set up their youth group.
She began her professional training at Guildford School of Acting on their Foundation course and then went onto study for her degree in Acting at East 15 Acting School. After graduating Molly worked as an Actor in the UK, touring with various comedy and T.I.E. companies and performing in London theatre venues. Her favourite performances were at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where she spent two years back to back with a comedy farce called ‘The Starship Osiris’.
Molly has spent the past two years living in China, where she has been working as a youth director and workshop facilitator specialising in Musical Theatre and Shakespeare. During this time, she got to work as a vocal coach on a commissioned musical, ‘Silk… the Eternal Road’, which went onto tour in Europe.
Molly is thrilled to be joining the Centre Stage team and can’t wait to share her love for the performing arts with all of her students!
